My Story

Hi there! My name is Georgia and I am the owner of Exmoor Happy Hounds. I have loved and cared for animals my whole life, and after deciding to follow my dream of becoming a dog walker, Exmoor Happy Hounds was born. 

My aim is to provide your furry best friends with safe, enriching and fun experiences. I am pet first aid trained, DBS checked, fully insured, and hold a Diploma in Canine Communication.  

I live with my husband, Mark, three dogs and two cats. Mark completed a dog handling course in the British Army and has always had a passion for dogs, particularly German Shepherds!

My favourite thing to do is to be out in nature with some dogs by my side. If your dog has good recall (and with your permission) they will enjoy valuable off lead time in a safe environment. For added peace of mind, all off lead dogs wear a GPS tracker. I always carry a first aid kit, water and of course… plenty of poo bags!
